If your tracking number starts with EA or EB then your package has been shipped by Worldwide Express Mail Service(EMS). In this case you can track your package on EMS website, http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp or your national postal service website. For example, United States - http://www.usps.com/, United Kingdom - http://www.parcelforce.com/.
Cancellation
Order cancellation must be requested before the parcel shipped out. Because that we process all orders within 12 hours after payment confirmed, we are not always able to cancel an order at any time. Cancellation requests after the order dispatched will be treated in accordance with our exchange/return policy.
Exchanges
Exchange is available within 7 days on Camperaustraliaboots.com. Please contact us for the right address if you want an exchange. For a different size, color or style, please do it within 30 days of the original order dispatch date. However, we would not hold responsibility for damages caused by malice action, and the exchange would be rejected. All the items for exchanging must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached, otherwise, the package will be returned to you.
All items are charged 15% restocking fee for exchange shoes. Return Policy
